The L-shaped counter creates a relaxing atmosphere. Despite using charcoal, the smoke is not bothersome, allowing you to slowly enjoy the skewers grilled right in front of you. The liver sashimi and heart sashimi were very fresh and had a melt-in-your-mouth deliciousness. The grilled chicken was perfectly cooked, and I was impressed by the juiciness of the chicken wings and bonjiri. The homemade deep-fried tofu was crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, with plenty of green onions providing a nice accent. The selection of sake and highballs was also abundant, and thanks to the friendly staff, I had a wonderful time.
