Our most popular appetizer! Large oysters from Hiroshima are pickled in olive oil! Made with a hint of wine yeast-infused sweet potato shochu!
Don't forget to have some soba noodles after drinking! These are special thin noodles that are different from the ones usually used in soba shops!
Made with premium Japanese beef and seasoned only with Himalayan rock salt to bring out the maximum umami flavor of the ingredients!
No matter which one you drink, it's only 500 yen (lol). Premium shochu that you can't easily find for 500 yen, whether it's Sato Kuro/Shiro, Isami, Manzen, Manzenan, Mannen, Kuranomoritamashii, Mogura, Akamogura, Akatoma, or Akatomamurasaki. Enjoy it on the rocks, with water, or with hot water, pour it generously into a glass and it's OK!
Also available for unlimited pouring at 500 yen per glass! Even brands unknown to sake lovers! Our proud lineup of barley shochu includes Gaku, Aochu, Tokujou Taiming, Aokage, Nakama, and Barley-made Amakusa.
