The vegetables we use are mainly sourced from Hokkaido. Please try grilling these flavorful vegetables, grown in the vast land, with lamb fat and dipping them in our special Jingisukan sauce while enjoying them with meat. That taste is the pinnacle of the Jingisukan dish we recommend. We use onions from Moritani Farm in Kitami, Hokkaido.

Please cut into pieces about 5 cm apart with scissors after grilling both sides while absorbing the fat of the lamb on the edge of the pot. The crunchy texture and the sweet flavor of the grilled green onion will stimulate your appetite.

The contents may change depending on the season.
