Braised sea bream🍶. Half of the fish is served as sashimi and the other half is grilled or simmered. This is the style of Musashi Aburi Restaurant. It was the most delicious ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡.

I wanted to try a delicious fish dish, so I invited a friend to visit at lunch time. It is an izakaya (Japanese style bar), but they are open for lunch as well, so we often visit there. From the lunch menu, I had the grilled open-air sea bream lunch. The sea bream was firm and had a nice, flaky texture. It was very tasty and had a good amount of fat.

This time, at night. I ordered horse mackerel nameko, seafood salad, hokke, etc! The horse mackerel was delicious! The Hokke was really big. ...... It's nice to have a fish dish after a long time. It's good to have fish dishes after a long time. I've been to a lot of fish restaurants in the past, so it's nice to come here every once in a while to relax and enjoy fish dishes that we don't get to eat at home! The restaurant was a little empty because it was a weekday night.
