The interior of the restaurant is very clean and provides a calm atmosphere. I appreciate the style of cooking it myself, as I can adjust the doneness to my preference. Both the thick and the regular tongue cuts have a rich meat flavor and are very delicious. The yukhoe, kainomi, and harami have a well-balanced seasoning, and all of them are satisfying. From the kimchi platter to the tongue radish and the chanko-style soup, I enjoyed everything from start to finish. The cold noodles at the end have a strong broth aroma, making them easy to eat and very pleasant.
