The menu is extensive, allowing you to choose combinations of not only sushi but also soba and rice bowls. You can select between hot and cold soba, which is easy to eat. The tempura has a light and crispy batter, and the dipping sauce is just right. The sushi has a mild vinegar flavor in the rice, making it easy to eat quickly. The chawanmushi (steamed egg custard) is warm and has a comforting taste. The restaurant is non-smoking, and the attention to detail with tea and wet towels makes for a pleasant dining experience.
