The flavor of wasabi stimulates appetite and desire for alcohol.
A cucumber pickle with a hint of the acidity of apple vinegar. The flavors of salt and dashi spread throughout.

A dish added to the menu by a chef from Hokkaido who wanted to recreate the local flavor, saying, 'If we're going to make fried chicken, we want to capture the taste of our hometown.'
Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside. A delicious side dish with both the batter and tofu.
It's great to eat sweet and salty chicken chashu mixed with wasabi. A satisfying bowl that fills you up.
