The rice is soaked in a homemade paella sauce made with sake and lobster, and mixed with seafood. Three snacks that go well with sake: [Sashimi of the day directly from the market] [Large fried horse mackerel] [Japanese-style ahi jio] [Stewed chicken and root vegetables] [Paella with seafood].
Buffet style, one dish per person, bring-your-own style, etc. are available for consultation! Please note that if there is no prior consultation, the following will be provided.
