Pork shabu course using meat from Suzuki butcher store in Jizo-dori shopping street. You can choose either pork belly or pork shoulder. The soup stock is simple and kombu-based so that you can enjoy the taste of the meat. You can also choose from a variety of tare (sauce), such as kaima-dare, shiro-dashi (white soup stock), sesame-dare, and ponzu (Japanese citrus juice), to enjoy a variety of flavors.
Soyoya's original seasonal fruit drink will be served.
This course includes a meal, original sweets, and tea. We have included a set meal and tea time so that you can relax and enjoy your time for business conversation. You can choose from several menus for the meal, sweets, and tea on the same day.

This course includes a meal, original sweets, and tea. We have included an after-meal service so that you can spend more time chatting with your guests to thank them for their hard work. We also have tatami room seating, so you can spend your time even with small children. Both meals, sweets and tea can be selected from the menu of the day.

Web conferencing is available if you wear earphones, and you can use the room for reading or creative work as well as work. There is no time limit, Wi-Fi is available, and there are power outlets. The appetizer is a small bowl of the day's delicacy. The main dish, motsu nabe, is prepared with a special miso and sesame sauce, just like Soyoya. This is a Japanese-style arrangement of the Italian ice cake 'Cassata'. Rich cream cheese and fresh cream dough are generously mixed with Japanese dried fruits such as black beans, dried persimmons, and dried sweet potatoes.
This is a slightly bitter adult pudding made by slowly brewing organic hojicha. It is a carefully crafted dish limited to 5 servings per day.
This is a terrine-style cake luxuriously made with matcha and white chocolate, served with a lightly sweetened red bean paste.
We have a total of 3 types: pickled vegetable gelato, Kaga roasted green tea gelato, and pumpkin gelato.

This is a soda made with syrup carefully infused with seasonal fruits such as blueberries, sweet summer oranges, raspberries, and plums.
We offer sake sourced from various regions across the country for approximately 700 to 1,000 yen per glass.
