Seika Hanten is a restaurant where you can enjoy expertly crafted Chinese cuisine in a nostalgic atmosphere. The interior exudes a comfortable, homely vibe, and the meticulous cooking, from the doneness of the ingredients to the frying techniques, is truly appealing. The dumplings and fried rice, in particular, showcase the chef's skilled hands, and each visit brings a comforting consistency in flavor. It's great that there's a parking lot right next to it, making it easy to come by car. Once inside, I was immediately relaxed by the retro atmosphere and faint aroma. The signature dish, the mixed ramen, had thin noodles that paired well with the gentle broth, and the crunchiness of the ingredients was enjoyable. The dumplings with a chewy skin and the crispy fried chicken also showcased excellent cooking skills. There is a wide variety of set meals and individual dishes, and I found myself hesitating over what to order every time I turned the page. The friendly staff frequently checked in on us, allowing us to enjoy our meal leisurely while watching TV.
