The traditional atmosphere is pleasant, and it is convenient with a counter, tables, and private rooms. The staff's attention to detail is meticulous, and just being there is comforting. The seasonal fugu can be enjoyed with sake, and its rich umami flavor is irresistible. The sashimi platter, edamame, and ankimo are also delicious, and the presentation is beautiful. The lunch champon udon is filled with shrimp, squid, pork, and vegetables, and it comes with a small side dish and rice balls, making it satisfying. There are also days when you can have bonito sashimi or grilled saury, and I was able to enjoy delicious unaju at the end.
