A homely dining experience based on the concept of food as medicine

Restaurant Kyara is located within the premises of the Fukazaku Eye Clinic and is centered around the concept of 'food as medicine.' It offers safe and secure dishes that prioritize seasonal ingredients, crafted through the collaboration of doctors and chefs who pursue health and deliciousness. The interior provides a calm atmosphere where colorful and beautiful dishes can be enjoyed. In particular, the flavors of the pasta and soba captivate visitors, offering new discoveries with each visit.

The lunch that allows you to enjoy plenty of vegetables is appealing. The salad bar includes sprouts and beets, making it exciting just to serve yourself. The pasta is colorful, with a perfect balance of tomato's richness and acidity, satisfying both to see and to eat. The snow crab and Kujo green onion peperoncino is fragrant with yuzu pepper, providing a pleasant Japanese accent. The beautifully arranged roasted vegetables and two types of sauces on the plate look lovely, giving a slight French feel. There are also minestrone, focaccia, fluffy baked fish dishes, brown rice, and desserts, all of which had a careful and refined taste.
