The traditional cream tea is said to have originated in Devon, England, from a "bond" between the people who supported the revival of the monastery. The warm support of the local community was instrumental in breathing new life into the building that was once used as a monastery. As a token of our gratitude, we offer scones with clotted cream and jam, aromatic black tea, and coffee, the first exotic cup of coffee Nagasaki welcomed in Japan. CLAIR" is a lunch course to be enjoyed in a space that was once a cathedral. Like the word "CLAIR" meaning "light," it creates a bright and pleasant lunchtime experience.
