I was excited to see a large aquarium through the counter, watching the lively crabs. The craftsman skillfully prepared the crabs right in front of me while carefully explaining their ecology and parts, which was very interesting. I could enjoy a variety of cooking methods such as sashimi, shabu-shabu, grilled, and steamed, and the freshness was evident in each dish. The flavor of the shabu-shabu changes with the degree of cooking, making it fun to compare tastes. When I placed the rich crab miso and steamed meat on rice, my mouth was filled with happiness. The portions were generous, and I couldn't stop eating with a happy feeling until the very end.
