A Playful Creative Kappo Experience with Fresh Seafood from the Live Tank and Wine

Dishes filled with seasonal flavors and surprises are served one after another, featuring items like freshly caught squid and sweet shrimp from the live tank, as well as plates skillfully paired with foie gras and mullet roe. Each dish, incorporating elements of Chinese and French cuisine, is exceptional, and the meticulous preparation extends to the noodle dishes and desserts that follow. The wine list is extensive, and the friendly chef adds to the experience, creating a special time for guests.

Upon entering the restaurant, I was excited to see the live fish tank over the counter. The sashimi made from fresh horse mackerel was surprisingly sweet. I couldn't stop eating the crispy fried horse mackerel and the juicy fried chicken. The course allowed me to enjoy seasonal fish and vegetables in small portions, which was satisfying. Each dish was beautifully presented, and I could even enjoy the aroma. Thanks to the attentive service from the chef and staff, I was able to relax throughout my visit.
