Authentic sushi in the downtown area

Sushi Tokoro Fukumaru is a beloved sushi restaurant in the downtown area, cherished by local regulars. The owner's gentle personality and warm, homey atmosphere provide a comforting experience with each visit. The nigiri sushi and sashimi platters made with fresh ingredients are exquisite, and the sake beautifully complements the dishes.

The interior is bright and clean, and it feels comfortable. When you take a seat, you can check the recommendations on the wall board in addition to the regular menu, making it fun to choose. They can prepare sushi for you based on your preferences, and they ask about your likes. The ingredients, such as sweet shrimp, red snapper, ark shell, and eel, are all delicious, and I was satisfied with the egg and rolls as well. If you sit at the counter, you can enjoy freshly made sushi right away, and the rice is slightly larger, providing a satisfying bite. They also offer sake and fin sake, as well as clam soup and seasonal snacks.
