Yasumaru Tofu
Health food, beauty food, longevity food. The world's 'TOFU' is made from high-sugar Hokkaido Fukuyutaka soybeans and the richly flavored and aromatic Hokkaido Toyomasari soybeans, known as the 'Yokozuna of soybeans.' The nigari is made from the authentic nigari from the Gotō Islands, used to create freshly scooped tofu. The sesame tofu uses high-quality domestic sesame and Yoshino honkuzu, carefully kneaded over time.
