The gyoza was quite juicy and had a good springiness. But the skin is a little soft. This area seems to be a matter of taste. The Bean-curd soup is served in a pot that is still simmering. It is hot and has a strong flavor with a hint of pepper. It is hard to find a dish with this much Chinese spice. Of course, I had to drink more beer while sweating, but my bill was still over 1,000 yen. It is hard to find such an authentic Chinese restaurant at such a reasonable price. Next time, I would like to order a variety of dishes with more people.
