When you enter the restaurant, the staff warmly welcomes you, and you can relax right away. The handmade fresh pasta is chewy and has a great texture, and the dish with the aroma of truffles is unforgettable in its deliciousness. The appetizer salad features a homemade dressing that is refreshing and enhances the sweetness of the colorful vegetables. The cheese risotto and the scallops with seasonal vegetables in peperoncino are also carefully prepared, packed with the umami of the ingredients. Dipping the homemade bread into the soup brings out the gentle flavor of the vegetables, making it hard to stop eating. With a unique lineup including Ishigaki Island olive oil spices and confit duck leg, I enjoyed the experience with excitement until the very end.
