You can view the garden from the private room, which makes for a very special feeling. The lighting is beautiful, and the view from above is like a dream. The dishes highlight the umami of the broth, offering a refined and gentle flavor. The simmered dishes, clear soup, and grilled items are impressive, and the wagyu is tender and melts in your mouth. The Japanese cuisine includes small bowls, grilled fish, rolled omelet, rice, and miso soup, allowing you to fully enjoy the essence of Japan. The calm atmosphere and elegant decor within the facility are also pleasant, allowing for a relaxed experience.
