We have prepared the pork with skin from Kyushu using a secret steaming method to create tender steamed pork. It pairs perfectly with Korean vinegar miso. Enjoy it with sunny-side-up eggs and kimchi. Rich in collagen, you might find your skin looking beautiful the next day.
