It is just a short walk from Niigata Station, and the calm atmosphere of traditional Japanese style is pleasant. There are many private rooms, and there is also a counter, making it easy to enter even alone. The dishes made with local ingredients are all carefully prepared, and the sashimi is fresh and flavorful. The hegi soba has a gentle aroma of cloth seaweed and a firm texture that can be fully enjoyed. The menu features local flavors such as tarekatsu, noppe, and Tochigi's deep-fried tofu, which pair well with drinks. There is a wide variety of local sake, and it goes perfectly with the dishes.
