The ingredients are primarily sourced from the local area, and the vegetables, in particular, stand out in sweetness when cooked, leaving a strong impression. The appetizers, such as foie gras and cold duck, melt in your mouth and are enjoyable in terms of aroma as well. The main dish of venison is cooked to perfection, and it pairs excellently with the sauce. The combination of the slight bitterness of young sweetfish, the acidity of vinegar, and eggplant is exquisite, and the presentation is beautiful. From the counter, you can see the meticulous craftsmanship, and even the side dish of steamed vegetables is deliciously prepared one by one.
