店内木质的温暖感令人舒适，仿佛是一个隐秘的角落，可以悠闲地放松身心。这里的食材以当地为主，尤其是蔬菜，经过加热后甜味更加突出，令人印象深刻。前菜的鹅肝和冷盘鸭肉入口即化，连香气都令人陶醉。主菜的鹿肉烹饪得恰到好处，与酱汁的搭配也非常完美。稚鲤的微苦与醋的酸味、茄子的组合也恰到好处，摆盘也很美观。从吧台可以看到厨师的精湛技艺，配菜的温蔬菜每一道都做得非常美味。
