木頭的溫暖讓人感到舒適的店內，彷彿是一個隱藏的家，讓人可以悠閒地放鬆。這裡的食材以當地為主，特別是蔬菜，經過加熱後甜味更加突出，令人印象深刻。前菜的鵝肝和鴨肉冷盤入口即化，香氣撲鼻。主菜的鹿肉烤得恰到好處，與醬汁的搭配也非常完美。稚鮎的微苦與醋的酸味、茄子的組合也恰到好處，擺盤也很美觀。從吧台可以看到廚師的精湛技藝，配菜的溫野菜每一道都做得非常美味。
