The atmosphere of Japan is pleasant, and you can relax in a private tatami room. The course features ingredients from Niigata that are vibrant, and it's exciting as different flavors come one after another. The chawanmushi (steamed egg custard) with a cream stew style was surprisingly enjoyable. The grilled black throat sea perch and Murakami beef are rich in flavor and pair perfectly with the wasabi sauce. The use of dishes and presentation are beautiful, making it enjoyable to the eyes as well. The selection of sake is abundant, and I was delighted to savor the local sake from Niigata.
