A Night of Warmth and Healing Tonight by the Naka River in Nishi-Nakasu, I found more than just a great meal—I found peace. As a traveler, I was deeply moved by the warm and thoughtful hospitality shown to international guests. Every dish from the "stage of fire and blade" was a masterpiece reflecting a deep respect for nature. It truly proved that a perfect dinner can heal the body, mind, and soul all at once. Thank you for such a beautiful and restorative evening.
