Since its introduction during the late Edo period, this dish has reigned as a representative of French cuisine through the Meiji, Taisho, and Showa eras. While Italian cuisine without sauce became popular in the Heisei era, our restaurant believes that sauce is essential. Enjoy the essence of French cuisine with us. We believe that such a dish can now only be tasted at our establishment.
