When I arrived after reserving a seat in advance, the guidance was very smooth and pleasant. The first dish I ordered, the green onion beef tongue, was fragrant, and the more I chewed, the more the umami spread, making me happy. The premium skirt steak and black wagyu beef ribs had a sweetness in the fat that was not overwhelming, and I couldn't stop eating. The beef tripe and premium offal had no unpleasant odor and had a melt-in-your-mouth texture that was impressive. The yukgaejang soup and rice were rich in flavor and paired perfectly with the grilled meat. The staff's attentiveness was also meticulous, and I had a very enjoyable time, leaving me completely satisfied.
