Our signature dish combines low-temperature cooking and charcoal grilling. The Ezo deer thigh meat is prepared to be moist and tender, overturning the impression of game meat being tough and smelly. We are particular about sourcing and preparation, so you can enjoy it with peace of mind. Choose from three options: salt, homemade sauce, or soy sauce, according to your preference. *Please note that due to seasonal and hunting conditions, there may be times when it is out of stock.
Grilled seasonal vegetables cooked over charcoal. A selection of 5 to 6 types from the current season is served, with the charcoal enhancing the flavor of each. Finished simply with only olive oil and salt. It is a popular dish that many say, 'Here, you can eat vegetables.' This is a plate we recommend you try first.

We have a rotating selection of one type of draft beer from three varieties: Sapporo 'Shirohonoka', 'SORACHI1984', and 'Kohaku Ebisu'. Occasionally, we may offer different types such as 'Gargery Estella'.

In accordance with the seasons and current trends, the owner, who is a sake sommelier, and the manager carefully select 2 to 4 brands, which are provided on a rotating basis until they run out. The same brand will not be served consecutively, so you can enjoy different options each time you visit.
