The French-style oden lives up to its reputation, with a strong taste of chicken umami. The particularly tender simmered daikon combined with a creamy sauce infused with truffle created a very delightful flavor. The style of eating while adjusting to your preference with olive oil and rock salt is also enjoyable. The assortment of sausages with a nice snap, as well as chicken wings and squid, is highly satisfying. There is a wide selection of wine, sake, and beer, allowing for enjoyable pairings with the dishes. The gentle atmosphere created by the female owner, who provides attentive service, makes you want to linger longer.
