I was amazed at how elaborate and delicious the food was. Especially the soaked potherb mustard was wonderful with its crispiness and broth. The biggest surprise of the main dish was the tuna sashimi, which I thought should be served fresh, not cooked. All of the dishes were small and left me wanting more. The service and atmosphere are both excellent!
