Seat-only Reservation" course with a choice of the day's recommended menu in the restaurant!
We have prepared a set meal featuring carefully selected seasonal fish, unique to a fish shop. The grilled fish is slowly cooked to perfection using far infrared heat, allowing the fish's umami to drip out. Our special sauce is thoroughly infused into a whole fish that is simmered, making it one of our most popular menu items. The set meal, freshly sourced every morning from the Enoshima fishing grounds and prepared in-house, includes 'rice', 'small side dish', 'pickles', and 'miso soup'.

Not only at fish markets and fishing ports, but also traveling to production areas across the country to savor delicious seafood. Sometimes boarding fishing boats, and at other times setting out to sea myself to catch seasonal local fish. Please enjoy seafood that emphasizes freshness and seasonality, delivered directly from the production area, fish market, and fishing grounds.

The Junmai Ginjo produced by Izumibashi Sake Brewery in Kanagawa Prefecture is a dry Junmai Ginjo sake crafted with a commitment to the tradition of pure rice sake. Under the belief that 'sake brewing starts with rice cultivation,' Izumibashi collaborates closely with local farmers. The Yamada Nishiki rice, carefully grown in the region, is polished to 58% using their own flat polishing method and brewed with meticulous handcrafting. It features a refreshing and gentle aroma of white flowers and citrus, with a smooth and lustrous mouthfeel. The taste is well-balanced, showcasing the unique umami, sweetness, and acidity of Yamada Nishiki. This sake pairs well with Japanese cuisine, such as dishes with dashi and white fish.
From Kumazawa Brewery in Kanagawa Prefecture, this Ginjo sake is refreshingly crisp and dry, reminiscent of the clear blue sky of Shonan. The company motto is 'Drunkards enrich Japan.' Established in 1872 (Meiji 5), Kumazawa Brewery has been dedicated to producing sake for 150 years in this area rich in underground water. It is the only sake brewery remaining in Shonan. Using the sake rice 'Gohyakumangoku,' which has been loved in Japan for a long time, this Ginjo sake is crafted by the only brewery in Shonan. It features a soft mouthfeel and refreshing taste, evoking the greenery of Shonan. This sake pairs well with light and well-balanced fish dishes.
The spring water from the mountains behind Kubota Sake Brewery, located in Kanagawa Prefecture, supports the sake brewing of Sagamihara Bay at its core. Kubota Sake Brewery produces the local sake 'Sagamihara Bay' in Sagamihara City, Kanagawa Prefecture. Founded in 1844 (the first year of Kōka), Kubota Sake Brewery uses spring water from the Tanzawa mountain range to manufacture the sake 'Sagamihara Bay'. The brewing of Sagamihara Bay is based on a faithful adherence to traditional ginjo brewing, but the ginjo aroma is naturally mild, aiming for a well-balanced sake that enhances the umami of the rice. It is a versatile type of sake that pairs well with a wide range of dishes, allowing enjoyment at various temperatures from chilled to warmed.
