The finest roast aburi yukke made from Japan's healthiest pork, Hojubuta (with egg yolk and flavored soy sauce). The slices of shoulder roast, balanced between lean meat and fat, are seared. It feels like eating the highest quality sukiyaki.
We have balanced the head meat, thigh meat, and shank meat of the fragrant Jyu Pork. You won't feel the typical odor or heaviness of fat often found in minced cutlets; instead, the sweetness of the fat and the pleasant aftertaste are also points of pride. Enjoy it with our homemade original sauce.
