【Grilled】The seasonal fresh fish is carefully selected by the chef! To bring out the umami of the fish, we keep it simple with just salt. It pairs perfectly with sake. Enjoy the rich and fragrant flavor that has been slowly grilled to perfection. 【Simmered】We lavishly simmer the rare Kinmedai (Golden Eye Snapper). The chef selects seasonal ingredients from Hokkaido and various delicious items from across the country.
