When I heard it had reopened and visited, I was excited by the calm atmosphere and beautiful presentation. The appetizer featured seasonal mountain vegetables that were crisp and colorful. For the soup, I chose the rich shrimp potage, which was packed with flavor. The main dish, braised beef, was so tender that it didn't require a fork, and I enjoyed it with bread until the end. My companion's fish gratin was also praised for its deep sauce, and we all shared it and had a great time. The dessert included small portions of ice cream and bavarois, leaving us in a happy mood as we left the table.
