I visited the restaurant with a reservation because it is quite popular, and I was glad to see that reservations seemed to be a must. Those without reservations were refused. The restaurant was long and narrow and had the feel of a traditional sushi restaurant. We ordered 10 pieces of nigiri for 3300 yen, which is probably what most people order. The rice is made from aged Daiginjo red vinegar and seems to be especially adjusted to suit the tuna. The neta were small but all were delicious, and everyone was nodding their heads in agreement that they were too good to eat.
The restaurant has moved right next to the station, and the interior is bright and very clean. The large windows and calm table settings create a comfortable atmosphere, allowing for a relaxed experience. The serving pace and explanations of the dishes are attentive, making the meal enjoyable. Each dish made with local seasonal ingredients was impressive, and I was satisfied from the appetizers to the end. The fish pie, in particular, had an irresistible fluffy mousse texture that I won't forget. It's easy to enter even in casual attire, pairs well with wine, and you can thoroughly enjoy the fragrant crème brûlée.
