We carefully select only the finest meat from Nagoya Cochin chicken to bring out the inherent flavor of the meat. The way the eggs are cooked affects the taste of the oyakodon, making it the essence of the dish. Our artisans are dedicated to this. For the broth, we use carefully selected bonito broth along with the highest grade mirin and soy sauce in the country, resulting in a deep and rich flavor. This dish has won the gold award at the National Donburi Grand Prix for five consecutive years from 2014 to 2018.
