I was excited even before opening the tea box that arrived on a wagon. It was an afternoon tea experience enjoyed in order, and the first foie gras macaron had a pleasant ginger aroma. Inside the box, there were four types of savory and four types of sweets, beautifully colorful and enjoyable to look at. The salmon confit and beet-colored duck pâté burger showed creativity, and all were delicious. The signature French toast had a crispy surface and a smooth interior, pairing perfectly with the milk gelato made from Awaji Island milk. There were many varieties of black tea, herbal tea, and seasonal tea mocktails to enjoy multiple cups, and I was soothed by the calm interior and green scenery.
