Half 520 yen, 1 go 1,000 yen. Raifuku Brewery 'Raifuku' is derived from the haiku 'Fuku ya kimu, warau ueto no, mon no matsu'. 'Raifuku Super Dry +18' is created with the theme of 'challenging the limits of dryness'. While many Raifuku sakes use flower yeast and have a fragrant aroma, this 'Super Dry' is an exception. It uses flower yeast but minimizes the aroma as much as possible. It is not just spicy; it features a flavorful dryness with a sharp finish. Within the sharpness, a subtle umami spreads, and the aftertaste is excellent.
Half 510 yen, 1 go 980 yen. This dry junmai sake retains the umami of the rice while having a refreshing aftertaste, characterized by a harmonious balance of spicy and refreshing acidity and aroma. Unlike the sake quality that wraps the unique gentle sweetness of 'Yukino Bijin' with sharp acidity, this sake is pressed after fermenting the mash to its limit, resulting in a crisp spiciness and a refined umami of the rice that spreads, making it an irresistible fine sake for dry sake lovers.
Half 570 yen, 1 go 1,100 yen. The name 'ISARIBI' refers to fishing lights, specifically the lights of fishing boats. This sake features a fantastical and beautiful label that evokes the deep blue night sea of Aomori and the fishing lights floating on the horizon. It is created with the concept of being a drinking companion for fishermen, meant to be enjoyed with fresh seafood. It has a gently noticeable mild aroma. It has a crisp mouthfeel that fills the mouth, allowing you to perceive the spiciness along with acidity, and a soft, subtle sweetness in the background. When you swallow the rich flavor, you can experience an exceptional sharpness. The lingering spiciness and the well-defined acidity remain. Its flavor pairs perfectly with any seafood, making it truly aligned with the concept.
Half 610 yen, 1 go 1,180 yen. Selected Yamada Nishiki is used with 50% polishing. This fragrant and flavorful junmai daiginjo sake is bottled as is, brewed with careful low-temperature fermentation. It has a refined and elegant fruity aroma that spreads beautifully. The mouthfeel is smooth, and the high-quality umami with a sense of transparency spreads comfortably. A hint of spiciness and refreshing atmosphere mix with rich sweetness, creating a wide range of flavors. After swallowing, there is a crisp finish, making it a wonderful drinking experience that you won't tire of.
Half 660 yen, 1 go 1,280 yen. This is the highest performing sake from Kokuryu Sake Brewery. The elegant and mellow flavor characteristic of Kokuryu is still present, with a refined taste. The aroma is fruity, and the crispness and pleasant refreshing acidity enhance the pairing with food. You can feel the unique balance of Kokuryu, with acidity and umami very well harmonized.
