We offer it in a pint (568ml) and a half pint (280ml) for ¥640. *Draft beer used.

The title 'Braumeister' is awarded to a select few who have acquired all knowledge and skills related to beer at specialized training institutions in Germany. As the name suggests, 'Kirin Braumeister' is a beer crafted by Kirin Brewery artisans who have earned this title, focusing on the ingredients and brewing methods to pursue their ideals. It uses 'Maribana' hops, which produce a rich aroma, and is finished through long-term aging. Characterized by 'fragrant hop aroma,' 'fine bubbles,' and 'rich umami that spreads on the tongue,' it offers a rich and well-defined flavor that you can enjoy without getting tired of, thanks to its meticulous brewing process and taste.

This is a beer that offers a refreshing throat sensation familiar in Japan. It is made using only the wort that naturally flows out from the weight of the raw materials during the brewing process.

At our shop, we create it with Guinness and Braumeister. You can enjoy the change in flavor that is delicious in two ways with one glass.

It is a non-alcoholic beer. We use three carefully selected types of hops. Additionally, we bring out the goodness of barley through a temperature-controlled brewing method. Furthermore, through a hop aroma method, we enhance the quality of the hops, and by using a low-temperature filtration method, we reduce off-flavors and astringency. *We serve it in chilled bottles and glasses.
