The secret to the deliciousness of this dish is the soup that has been carefully prepared! The rich and delicious bouillon is slowly prepared from 30 different ingredients, including chicken bones, pork, and plenty of flavorful vegetables. 21 unique spices are blended into the broth. The finishing touch is Japanese soup stock extracted from natural ingredients. This fusion is the secret to GARAKU's unique, umami-filled, mild soup 🤗. ◎Turmeric Rice The rice is a healthy blend of five-grain rice made from Natsuboshi rice produced in Hokkaido and purchased from a contract farmer ✨. Small 100g Medium 200g Large 300g + 100yen The amount of rice is served from large. Men should choose large because it is small. It is quite small. ◎Toppings Chicken leg, potato, carrot, broccoli, cabbage, bell pepper, kikurage mushroom, lotus root 💁‍♂️Memorable toppings Chicken leg The chicken leg is cooked and very tender. Spiciness GARAKU's soup is richer and more umami than other restaurants. The spiciness of the soup is as spicy as anyone else's, but it is spicy enough to be eaten well with the choice of 2 spicy. I had a little bit of the spicy 3-spice of the person I visited with, and I felt it was a little spicy. If you want to put cheese or other toppings on it, 3 spicy may be good. If you want to eat it as it is, I think 2 spicy is fine. Please choose according to your preference👍 ✍️About the restaurant I visited here 10 minutes before the opening time at 17:00 on a weekday evening, but there was a long line. 20 minutes later, I was able to enter the restaurant.
