I asked her what she wanted to eat, and she said she wanted to eat hormone! I thought that there was only one place I could go when I heard the word "Hormone", so I went there! Hormone Sakaue Urananba Branch Even in the Urananba area, this fancy restaurant seems to be the only place where you can't get lost! I have been to the Umeda area a few times before, so I know how it works! Inside the restaurant, there are two floors, the first floor and the second floor. The first floor is a U-shape with low counter seats, and the second floor is what's going on? This one is filled with smells! So, put your jacket under the wardrobe, though it will stick a little! The course only includes meat and noodles, so I ordered a little bit of vegetables! The counter seating area is all staffed by the waiter who does all the grilling for you! After setting up the diagonal griddle, we put a large amount of bean sprouts on it to start! First, we start with the salt sauce and then the tongue... Mullet Tongue Tongue tenderloin The white sauce is firm, so you can enjoy it as it is when it is grilled. The hormone has a crispy texture without any odor and is easy to eat! After the white sauce is finished, we serve black sauce and shimacho. Heart Hoso Akasen The taste of the hormone and the sauce with miso is so addictive! After this, you can choose udon or soba as your closing dish! Of course, the waiter will make you a topping! The seasoning is the black sauce I mentioned earlier! I wonder if they do this for other customers? Or was it because I was snapping away? That's what I call a junkie! Junkie! Isn't that a foul? But the noodles were a little too boiled and were lumpy... I had had some good ones in Umeda, so that was disappointing! I can't stop! I can't stop! I visited this restaurant for a drink with friends. We had the omakase course and enjoyed our meal. The waiter grilled the hormone, which was grilled to an exquisite degree. It was very tasty with a firm fatty and plump texture. The udon noodles with yakiudon to finish off the meal were soaked in the umami of the meat and very tasty.
