When you go up to the second floor, a calm space filled with the scent of wood awaits you. The table seats and counter are arranged at a comfortable distance, allowing you to relax while jazz music plays in the background. The first thing that comes out is the sweet sake made from koji, which has a gentle sweetness that refreshes the start of the meal. When I opened the small box of the course, I was excited to see a variety of colorful small dishes lined up. Each dish, from the chewy bonito sashimi to the fragrant seaweed tempura and the sweetness of the new onions, is carefully prepared and impressive. There is also a rich selection of sake available, and I naturally smiled at the joy of pairing the beautifully smooth brands with the dishes.
