Watanabe Ristorazione Ricerca Ufficio

This hidden gem, a renovated traditional house, is a soba restaurant that can only be visited during lunch hours on Mondays. The ni-hachi soba made from Gunma Prefecture buckwheat flour boasts an exquisite aroma and texture, delivering a refined and simple deliciousness that is truly impressive. The ginger-infused takikomi gohan (seasoned rice) is also exceptional, and the dish served alongside the soba provides a satisfying experience. In a calm atmosphere, you can enjoy a leisurely time with sake.
