A rare Italian wine made from dried grapes, aged for 3 weeks in the appassimento process, hand-picked. Fermented in stainless steel tanks. Due to the reduction of water content in the grapes from the appassimento process, double the usual amount of raw materials is required. Deep crimson color, with concentrated aromas of spices and fully ripe fruits. The taste is rich and smooth, full-bodied, and well-balanced dry.
