This hideaway restaurant in Higashiyama is charming with dishes composed of ingredients and cooking methods you like after meeting with the chef in advance. The amuse, seared tuna medium fatty tuna, and Shogoin turnip soup with truffles have wonderful aromas and flavors, and the variety of breads is delicious. The quality and care of the food is excellent, and the location is superb. This is a special time and space to experience.
