It has the atmosphere of traditional Western cuisine, and you feel at ease as soon as you enter. The tonkatsu is not too thick, and it can be easily bitten through, with the meat being tender. The sauce is light and blends well with the coating, making it hard to stop eating with chopsticks. The hand-formed hamburger is fluffy and juicy, and the soft-boiled egg on top adds a nice accent. The beef cutlet also has a pleasant balance between the meat and the coating, making it easy to eat. I felt that it was a warm and inviting Western-style restaurant bustling with local people.
