This dish boasts the highest level of spiciness in our restaurant. The chicken breast is slowly cooked in a generous amount of broth for over half a day, resulting in a moist texture. The flavor and spiciness are enhanced by our homemade chili oil and original blend of spices. It pairs perfectly with drinks, especially our recommended Shaoxing wine.

This is an original ebi chili menu developed by the owner after researching the authentic taste of ebi chili from Hong Kong. By achieving a moderate spiciness, you can fully enjoy the flavor of the ingredients and the firm texture of the shrimp. This menu was created based on what the owner himself wanted to eat. There is also a red ebi chili dish available, so please try that as well.
Using fresh domestic pork shoulder, we finish it with crispy fried pork coated in a rich and mellow sauce made with Chinese black vinegar. This is a proud dish of the owner, who is particular about the quality of the pork.
This is a hearty salad topped with plenty of homemade dressing, featuring beef tataki and fresh vegetables. The Taiwanese fried shallots sprinkled on top add a fragrant and crunchy accent.
The outside is crispy and coated with fragrant sesame seeds, while the sweet red bean paste inside is gently sweet, making it a delightful treat. Please also take a look at the cute plate it sits on.
This is our pride, Sichuan-style Dandan noodles made with homemade sesame paste and spicy oil, featuring an irresistible spiciness. The minced meat, stir-fried slowly for over 30 minutes to remove moisture, enhances the flavor of the Dandan noodles. We use highly heat-retaining bowls, so please enjoy it hot.
