The traditional Japanese atmosphere is beautiful, and the lighting creates a very pleasant ambiance. The interior is clean, and we were shown to a reserved seat, where we could comfortably enjoy our time at a table with chairs on tatami mats. The seasonal appetizers are beautifully arranged, and you can tell that each dish is crafted with care. The umami of the dashi is distinctly felt, and the natural flavors of the ingredients are vividly brought out. It's also nice that hot dishes arrive while they are still hot. The grilling of the fish is exceptional, with a perfect balance of crispiness and moisture. The quiet location allows for a view of the garden, and the spacious parking lot provides a sense of security for relaxation.
